Driving Directions to:

From the south:

• Follow I-65 north over the Ohio River.
• Take Exit 0. The exit is immediately at the end of the bridge.
• Turn Left at the bottom of the ramp.
• Proceed through the traffic light into the parking lot
• Building 200 is a long white building with a large “200” on the side.
• We are located between the Metro Specialty Surgery Center and Service Net..

From downtown Louisville:

• Take the 2nd Street Bridge north to Jeffersonville.
• Turn left at the foot of the bridge.
• Building 200 is a long white building with a large “200” on the side.
• We are located between the Metro Specialty Surgery Center and Service Net.

From the North:

• Follow I-65 south to Exit 0, Falls of the Ohio State Park.
• Take Exit 0. Merge onto W. Market Street.
• Go under the bridge and turn right onto Missouri Avenue
• Building 200 is a long white building with a large “200” on the side.
• We are located between the Metro Specialty Surgery Center and Service Net.
